Frontline Confidence Course
Starting 2nd September — every Wednesday 18:00–19:00. Build fitness, improve strength, stamina, and wellbeing,
while learning practical self-defence skills to help you stay safe and protect others.

- Teaching
- Working with vulnerable adults and children
- Other public sector roles (ask if unsure)

- The Grapple Mill, Rossendale
- All levels welcome — no experience needed
How Sessions Work
- Build fitness, improve strength, stamina, and overall wellbeing
- Build confidence: push your limits and believe in yourself
- Supportive community: train, grow, and thrive in a positive, supportive environment
- Self-defence skills: learn practical skills to stay safe and protect others
What To Bring
- Comfortable training clothes
- Water bottle and towel
- Flip-flops or sliders for off the mat
- Gi optional for early sessions (No-Gi friendly)
Coaching Team
The Frontline Confidence Course is coached by The Grapple Mill team, with a focus on safe progression,
confidence, and practical self-defence in a supportive environment.
