Frontline Confidence Course

Starting 2nd September — every Wednesday 18:00–19:00. Build fitness, improve strength, stamina, and wellbeing, while learning practical self-defence skills to help you stay safe and protect others.

Who It Is For

  • NHS
  • Police
  • Fire service
  • Teaching
  • Working with vulnerable adults and children
  • Other public sector roles (ask if unsure)

When & Where

  • Every Wednesday, 18:00 – 19:00
  • Starting: 2nd September
  • The Grapple Mill, Rossendale
  • All levels welcome — no experience needed

How Sessions Work

  • Build fitness, improve strength, stamina, and overall wellbeing
  • Build confidence: push your limits and believe in yourself
  • Supportive community: train, grow, and thrive in a positive, supportive environment
  • Self-defence skills: learn practical skills to stay safe and protect others

What To Bring

  • Comfortable training clothes
  • Water bottle and towel
  • Flip-flops or sliders for off the mat
  • Gi optional for early sessions (No-Gi friendly)

The Frontline Confidence Course is coached by The Grapple Mill team, with a focus on safe progression, confidence, and practical self-defence in a supportive environment.
